Kona Shark’s Coffee is the dream of Tom Sharkey, a former California grape grower/winemaker, who has a passion for agriculture. Tom has lived on the Big Island of Hawaii for 12 years and has been experimenting with growing and processing coffee and cacao beans for almost a decade.

The Big Island of Hawaii has unique climates for growing some of the world's best tropical gourmet food products.
