We typically use US Postal Priority Mail or Express Mail . Please contact us for shipping costs prior to placing your order if you reside outside the United States of desire shipping via another method.
In most cases, shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. This is the most economical shipping method from Hawaii that has a reasonable delivery time. Generally, it takes three to five weekdays for a package to arrive in various locations of the Continental US, even though the post office claims a two to three day delivery. Express mail may be used for a quicker delivery at additional cost, but we rarely actually get overnight delivery to addresses on the mainland or in Alaska. If you prefer United Parcel Service or Federal Express, there will be a larger shipping charge, and the quickest delivery will still be a minimum of two days. For the availability of these or other alternate shipment methods, please contact us prior to placing your order.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
We pack our items very well. We ship all packages insured. In the event your item is damaged during shipment, save everything and please notify us and we will send you all the information needed to file a "damage claim" with the shipping carrier. Customer will need to file the claim, as the delivering carrier will have to inspect the entire package.
LOST PACKAGES:
If your package is lost during shipment, you should file a "lost claim" with the shipping carrier and credit your account.
We want you to be satisfied with your order from us. While we do everything we can to make sure you get what you expect when you order, rarely, things beyond our control do cause issues that make a return necessary.
Please contact us before returning an item. We must be contacted within 48 hours to obtain an RMA number, and all returns must be shipped back to us within 96 hours of delivery confirmation in their entire original packing. Any return shipped after the 96-hour period or not in the original packing may be charged a significant restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund. Customer will be required to return the original package insured with delivery confirmation at customer’s expense.
Objects that are returned without an RMA number or beyond the time period indicated may be charged a significant restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund, depending upon the condition of the object when received by us.
