We believe at Akaka Falls Farms in taking care of our beautiful Aina (Land). This is why we choose to be an organic farm. All the fruits used in our preserves are from our farm, which allows us to produce all of our delicious and healthy jams.

Only the best ingredients are used! Here at Akaka Falls Farms we want to give you the full flavor that Mother Nature intended. For that reason, no water is used in our recipes, no fructose corn syrup, additives or preservatives are used. We also only use Maui Brand™ raw cane sugar.
